Football season starts..

Football season starts..

Last Friday our football team went to St Albans Primary School to take part in a Harlow football competition. This was the first time they had played together this year. They played against Freshwaters Academy, Little Parndon Academy and St Albans. They played some beautiful football, after two matches a 2-0 win and a 0-0 draw had left them topping the group. A win in their final match would have seen them progress to the finals. However, despite leading 1-0 they fell to a 3-1 defeat which dropped them to third in a very tight group decided on goal difference.

They will have plenty more games this year, and I have no doubt they will be successful. They looked very professional in their new Premier League kits!
