Roydon progress in football cup!
Posted: 1st November 2016On Tuesday 1st November after school, as the darkness set in, Roydon played their first round cup match against Holy Cross Primary.
In what was a hard fought game, with two evenly matched sides Roydon came out on top. A 3-1 half time lead was converted into a hard fought 6-4 as Roydon move onto the next round.
Key moments from the game included some superb saves from our ever impressive lady keeper and a second hat trick from Year 4 super sub, aka golden boots, Jake Daniels!
The boys (and girl) again played the game in the right spirit, and enjoyed the victory! We move onto the next round. Opposition to be confirmed!
