Posted: 16th July 2019Juggling, trapeze, skipping, plate-spinning and funny clowns were all part of a unique day at a village school.
The whole Roydon Primary Academy community came together to welcome the circus to Roydon.
The PTA, FORSA, organised the event in place of the popular Summer Extravaganza to raise funds for the school.

It means events like this are fantastic as the whole village comes out in support of the school. FORSA put on a great day and I am incredibly thankful to them for all their hard work.
“What a brilliant experience for the children; it is not often you can say your school had a circus!”
Outside of the circus show, families enjoying catering from Smoke and Swagger, ice cream, face painting, a Nerf shooting range and a bar.
The circus raised a total of £2,300 for the school.
