Years 5 and 6 had their Viking WOW Day to kick start their new topic. During the day the children wrote in Viking language, made long boats as part of their new history topic. The afternoon saw an invasion by longboat and our new Viikings set up a camp on the field where they celebrated thier invasion with a feast! The costumes were incredible, an exciting day all round which no doubt made some long lasting memories!
