Robert Halfon Visit

Robert Halfon Visit

We were very lucky this morning to have a visit from our local MP Robert Halfon. He took time out of what is no doubt a very busy schedule to come and read to a selection of children from across the school! 

He read chapter one from his favourite book. 'The lion, the witch and the wardrobe'. He asked the children questions and was really impressed with the quality of their answers.

Each child was given a book mark and a certificate, as a thank you from Robert.

Robert has also asked if some of our children would be happy to go down to London and visit the Houses of Parliament. We will most definitely take him up on the offer very soon!
