County Badminton Finals

County Badminton Finals

On Friday 26th January 2018 two Roydon pupils represented Harlow at the Essex county badminton finals in Grays.

Kendra (Year 4) and James (Year 6)  both performed amazingly well and were the undoubted stars of the Harlow team against some talented & coached badminton players.

The team narrowly missed out on the semi-finals but won their 5th/ 6th play-off match to finish 5th in Essex.

This is a brilliant achievment when put in the context that they are both tennis players! Not to mention Kendra is in Year 4!

The whole school are very proud!
